Refund policy

Returns We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the item arrives damaged or significantly different from what was described. To request a return, please contact us with your order number and photos of the item.

Items must be returned in their original packaging. We do not accept returns for items that have been opened and displayed, unless they arrived damaged.

Damaged on Arrival If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund depending on stock availability.

Cash on Delivery Orders For COD orders, refunds are issued as store credit or via wish transfer. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing.

Authenticity All figures and statues sold at Anime Universe are sourced from trusted suppliers. Our resin statues are premium display-grade collectibles. Minor variations in hand-painted finish are normal and not considered defects.
